The Holy Shrine holds a Quranic educational program for students in Lebanon
The Imam Hussain (PBUH) House for Teaching the Holy Qur'an, affiliated with the International Qur'anic Preaching Centre at the Holy Shrine, established its educational programme specialising in the sciences of the Holy Qur'an for students in southern Lebanon.
Mr Ali Abu al-Hassan, the official of the centre's branch in Lebanon, said, "The educational programme witnessed a wide attendance by families to register their sons and daughters, as the number of participants exceeded 250 students of both genders, noting that the students are organised into classes and stages divided throughout the week."
He stated, "The programme also includes special lessons for mothers, one day a week, to teach them the correct way of reading the Holy Quran."
Abu Al-Hassan added, "Imam Hussain House for Teaching the Holy Qur'an, which is affiliated with the centre mentioned above, organises its educational programmes in the town of Tura, located in southern Lebanon, which include giving lectures on the intonation and sciences of the Holy Qur'an, under the supervision of the centre's professors."
