The Holy Shrine announced treating the wounded citizens of the Zionist attacks in Gaza
The General Secretariat of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced its preparations to host and treat all the wounded people affected by the Zionist genocide against citizens in Gaza.
The General Secretariat confirmed in a statement, "Imam Hussain Holy Shrine is responsible for treating the wounded civilians of the Zionist bombing on Gaza."
The statement indicated that the Holy Shrine is ready to cover the fees for their transportation, treatment, and residence in the Holy Governorate of Karbala in coordination with the specialised authorities in the Iraqi government.
The Holy Shrine stated that "this humanitarian initiative, which was launched on October 20, 2023, is a practical translation of the guidance of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah, Sayyed Ali Al-Husseini Al-Sistani, to stand by the oppressed Palestinian people."
