Pope Francis expressed his intense anger for the burning of the Holy Quran
Pope Francis... the Pope of the Vatican, said that allowing the burning of the Noble Qur’an is unacceptable and condemned by all means, as his eminency expressed in newspaper statements, his intense anger of such actions as burning the Holy Qur’an.
Pope Francis added, "I feel angry and disgusted by these behaviours. Any book considered sacred by its people must have respect for the sake of its followers, and freedom of expression should never be used as an excuse to despise and underestimate others... Noting that allowing such things is rejected and condemned."
