Al-Mizan Medical Centre, affiliated with the Shrine, offers paid home initiatives

The Al-Mizan Home Health Care Center, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Holy Shrine, announced continuing to provide health services to patients and needy families with low income in various regions of Iraq.

Bahaa Al-Waeli, the director of the Bacteriological Center, said in an interview, "The free initiative continues and includes visiting patients in their homes every Friday, noting that the centre has contributed to treating many patients, especially those with diabetes, and other dangerous chronic illnesses, in addition to conducting medical and laboratory examinations for over (100) families in Karbala."

He continued, "The diagnoses are supervised by specialized doctors and nursing cadres, and this centre's experience is not new or exclusive but exists in most developed countries."
