With regard to the airport's aircraft apron, he added, "About a third of it has been completed, with a total area of 206,000 square meters, and its infrastructure work has been completed. As for the control tower’s navigational equipment, the most important devices have been manufactured from well-known international companies, and they are currently in the shipping phase.”

These buildings include a health center, a police station, a fire and rescue department, a communications center, a checkpoint, the weather forecast building, the electrical transformer building, and the maintenance building.

Ajeena indicated, "The streets surrounding the service buildings, which are 7 km long, will be completed within one month only, in addition to the works of the external fence, which is 19 km long, imported from the United Arab Emirates with special specifications. As for the internal gardens of the airport, they need 100,000 cubic meters of agricultural soil, part of which has been supplied.”
