Al-Askariyain Holy Shrine opens charitable hospital in Samarra

The Salah al-Din Health Directorate has opened a charitable hospital, built by the al-Askariyain Holy Shrine in the city of Samarra, with a capacity of 52 beds.

The Director-General of the health directorate, Raed Ibrahim al-Jubouri, said in a press statement that the charitable hospital was built and constructed by the al-Askariyain Holy Shrine and donors from the people of Samarra.

He added, "The hospital includes various departments and was equipped by the Ministry of Health."

Al-Jubouri continued, "The hospital will take the burden off of Samarra General Hospital," stressing that "work will soon be done in the German Hospital with a capacity of 100 beds in the city of Samarra, and the hospital will be provided with specialized staff."
