A Bosnian pilgrim, whose son and husband were martyred years ago, visited the Holy Shrine of Imam Redha, peace be upon him, in the holy city of Mashhad, hoping that this visit would remove the grief from her heart and sow seeds of hope.

The mother and wife of the two martyrs, Mrs. Ramiza Gurovich, said that her husband and son were martyred during the Serbian invasion of her country a few years ago, and she visits Imam Redha, peace be upon him, with a tired heart full of suffering and sorrow.

Gurovich added that despite her great sadness, she felt an indescribable sense of calmness upon entering the holy shrine.

“Holy shrines of Lady Masouma and Imam Redha, peace be upon them, are lovely places for all world Muslims and I never forget memories of this pilgrimage”, Gurovich stated.

In a related context, the religious preacher and one of the cultural activists in Bosnia, Sheikh Muhammad Jafar Zarean, indicated that the Bosnian people have a special feeling towards Imam Redha, peace be upon him, and they long to visit his holy shrine.
