The Holy Shrine launches a free medical initiative for orphans

The Health and Medical Education Authority at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine revealed the details of the free health initiative for orphans in all Iraqi governorates, which was launched by the Cheif Clerk of the Holy Shrine on Saturday, October 21, 2023, to provide all health services in its affiliated institutions.
 
Dr. Haider al-Abidi, the head of the Health and Medical Education Authority, said, "His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalaie, the Holy Shrine's Cheif Clerk, has directed the launch of a free treatment initiative for orphans under the age of 15 and includes all Iraqi governorates, which will start on Tuesday, October 24, and last for three months."
 
He added, "The free initiative includes treatment, examination, and minor and major operations in all medical institutions affiliated with the Shrine, all of which are fully paid by the Shrine."
