Al-Sibtayn University for Medical Sciences in Karbala reaches advanced stages of construction
The Engineering Projects Department at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine confirmed that the construction works are ongoing in the project of Al-Sibtayn University for Medical and Health Sciences in Holy Karbala.
The director of the project, Engineer Muhannad Ghaleb, stated that "work is underway on the Al-Sibtayn University for Medical and Health Sciences project at an increasing pace," noting that "the university includes many colleges specialized in medical and health fields."
Ghaleb explained that "the building is being built on an area of 70,000 m2 and it consists of several buildings, the main medical college building with a completion rate of 100%, the university presidency building with a completion rate of 75%, and the studies building with a completion rate of 70%, in addition to attached service buildings (Restaurant, mosque, green spaces, streets)", indicating that "the total completion rate of the project has reached 89%."
