On the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Day, Imam Hussain Holy Shrine seeks to construct new annex building to treat children with cancer free of charge

The Warith International Foundation for Oncology has revealed its intention to establish a new annex building with a capacity of 100 beds to treat children with cancer (for free), in conjunction with the International Childhood Cancer Day.

The director of the Foundation, Dr. Haider al-Abidy, said, "During the current year, work will be done to construct a new annex building with a capacity of up to 100 beds, rooms and medical equipment dedicated to treating children with cancer, in order to maintain the free services provided by the Foundation."

 He explained that "the new expansion project came due to the great demand for the foundation through the various services it provides to patients, in addition to attracting distinguished medical professionals that provide the best services to patients."
