Art exhibition embodying the revolution of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) in Bein al-Haramein

The area between the holy shrines of Imam Hussain and al-Abbas (peace be upon them), also known as Bein al-Haramein, witnessed the inauguration of the Fourth International Exhibition of Sculptures, which simulates the revolution of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) in the eternal battle of al-Taff.

The exhibition's supervisor, Miyassar al-Hakim, said, "The exhibition is considered one of the most important art exhibitions for sculptures, as it was held under the supervision of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, and in cooperation with the Iranian Mahdiyoun Foundation for Sculptures."

He explained that "the 10-day exhibition embodies the revolution of the Master of the Martyrs (peace be upon him) on the day of Ashura.”

Al-Hakim added, "This year's exhibition was distinguished by the installation of new and unique models, the most important of which is ‘the luminous tree’, which recalls the biography of the prophets and messengers, including the life of Imam Mahdi and the al-Taff incident in three languages: Arabic, English and Persian, and in such a way that visitors to this exhibition will live the Ashura revolution through the true embodiment of its sculptures.”

In an interview with one of the visitors from Baghdad, Ali Hussein said, "The exhibition made us live the painful incident of al-Taff and what happened to the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.”

He added, "Such works and exhibitions must continue in order to embody the remembrance in a way that every one of different languages and nationalities can understand."

The exhibition witnessed a great turnout from honorable local and foreign visitors since the first day of its opening.
