Imam Hussain Holy Shrine continues its work to complete the largest housing complex for the underprivileged in Basra

The engineers of the Engineering and Technical Projects Department at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine are continuing their work in constructing the housing complex for the underprivileged in Shatt Al-Arab District, Basra, which includes 3000 housing units, in order to provide the best services to all citizens.

“The Engineering Projects Department continues to work on the project of the housing complex for the underprivileged in Basra province, on an area of ​​125 hectares with 3000 housing units," Engineer Safwan Al-Safi said in a statement to the IMC.

He indicated that "work is underway in the first phase, which includes the construction of 1000 housing units with an area of ​​127 square meters per house, according to distinctive modern designs and high specifications," noting that "the project contains health centers and green areas in addition to schools for boys and girls."
