Largest march in honor of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, in London

On Sunday, the streets of the British capital, London, witnessed the launch of the largest mourning procession for Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, in which hundreds of followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, participated in the commemoration of Ashura.

The mourning procession roamed the main streets of London, where mourners carried Husseini banners that introduced the cause of the Master of the Martyrs, peace be upon him, and the injustice that befell him on the painful day of Ashura.

The march was not limited to Shia mourners only, British officials also participated in solidarity with them in commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

Roads were also prepared and the march was secured by the security services and municipal departments.
