Delegation from Geneva Call visits Imam Ali Holy Shrine

An official delegation from Geneva Call visited the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, for the first time.

The visiting delegation was represented by the organization's official in Iraq, the Pakistani international advisor, Atif Hamid, and the deputy head of mission, Lilian Nasrallah, accompanied by the program manager in Baghdad.

The delegation was briefed on the historical and archaeological monuments around the holy shrine, where the official of PR Department at the Holy Shrine, Mazen al-Asadi, explained the importance and antiquity of the monuments and the service projects being implemented to serve the pilgrims.

The international delegation appreciated the warm reception and generous hospitality, expressing its respect and appreciation for the work and projects taking place in the Holy Shrine.
