The Director General of the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Fouad Al-Rubaie expressed his admiration for the Shrine's projects, hoping that his center would follow the lead of the Shrine in providing services

It is stated that Imam Hussain's Shrine Secretary-General Mr. Hassan Rasheed Al-Abaiji, signed a memorandum of cooperation between the Shrine and the Center to develop human resources and raise work efficiency.
