Al-Abbas Holy Shrine participated in the review of crises and natural disaster management

Al-Abbas Holy Shrine announced its preparations for crisis management and how to deal with natural disasters.

Al-Kafeel Network (the official website of the al-Abbas Shrine) quoted the statement of the Occupational Safety Unit official in the Secretary-General office, Bilal Jabbar, "We participated in the review that was held domestically in Iraq, related to crisis management, and how to deal with natural disasters and fire incidents."

He added, "The participation included reviewing the convoys of the Crisis and Emergency Management Cell in cooperation with the Civil Defence Office in Karbala, as the Shrine's convoy included ten specialised vehicles."

He continued, "The Alert and Extinguish Systems Division of the Maintenance and Engineering Construction Department and the Occupational Safety Unit of the Secretary-General's Office participated in the review, which aims to follow the conditions of occupational safety, acquire fire extinguishers, and stay away from the causes of accidents."
