Hungarian Researcher: Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, is for all humanity

The Hungarian scholar and academic Robert Manias said that the experience of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him, is inclusive for all humanity, and is not limited to one group, referring at the same time to the historical importance of Karbala.

"The holy city of Karbala is an important and historical place, and I have felt this since my first visit to it, as I found it a city for all humanity," Manias said in a press statement to the International Media Center.

He added, "This holy city invites us to unite in a common point, which is humanity."

Regarding the revolution of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, against tyranny and injustice, the researcher said, "The experience of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, is a global experience that is not limited to a doctrine or religion or country, but for the entire world and everyone who seeks revolution against tyranny."

In Karbala, the academic points out, "I found that all races, nationalities, sects, and religions are gathered under the dome of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, therefore, Hussein unites hearts, unites the word, and gathers all in the ark of salvation."

Manias called on all Muslims, wherever they were, to "follow the path of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.”
