School in Denmark offers Quranic, historical and religious lessons in Arabic

Under the supervision of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul-Mahdi al-Karbalaey, and under the auspices of the Religious Schools Division at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, Ahbab al-Hussain Seminary School is offering religious and cultural lessons in Arabic for the Arab community in Denmark.

School Principal Sheikh Haider al-Kadhimi said that the Ahbab al-Hussain school project is one of the important projects that the Holy Shrine established in several countries, especially for the youth segment.

“The school teaches Arabic grammar, jurisprudence, ethics, Islamic history and the Holy Quran,” added al-Kadhimi.

The Principal pointed out that the public education in the country is available only in Danish language and therefore, this school is paving the way for the Arab community to learn the language of the Holy Quran and be able to speak with their families through qualified teaching staff.

Imam Hussain Holy Shrine contributes greatly to opening religious institutes and schools in several African, Asian and European countries, with the aim of spreading the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
